I went to see a great exhibition in Kokubunji the other day.
Called Wood Chipped, by photographer Aiko Hara, it deals with woodchipping in the Tasmanian rainforests of Australia.
It is Aiko's photographic journey to discover the origins of all the paper and tissues we so carelessly use every day.

先日とても面白いエキシビションを見に国分寺に行きました。

写真家のハラアイコの「Wood Chipped」（木材チップ）というエキシビションで、オーストラリアのタスマニア島の木材チップがテーマです。

毎日私たちは簡単に使い捨てている紙やティッシュペーパーはどこから来るのか、というフォトグラフィックジャーニーです。

The exhibition is being held at Slow Cafe, an organic, slow food cafe that is also worth checking out.
We stayed for dinner and all the food was so healthy and delicious, with fresh, seasonal vegetables, amazing tofu and organic rice (I especially recommend the Agedashi Tofu....yum!).
Located next to a river and surrounded by greenery, the cafe itself is spacious and cool. The architecturally-designed building is constructed from natural materials and the mix-and-match of rustic wood furniture and hand-woven throws gives the cafe a cosy, at-home feel.

エキシビションは"スローカフェ"というオーガニックなスローフードのカフェで行われました。

そこでディナーを食べてみました。とてもヘルシーでおいしかったです！

新鮮で旬な野菜や、おいしい豆腐やオーガニックライスなど何でもおいしかったです。
揚げ出し豆腐は特におすすめです。。。本当においしかった！

The shop also has a great selection of organic teas, coffees and chocolates.

ショップもあって、オーガニックでフェアトレードのティーやコーヒーや
チョコレートのセレクションがすごく良かったです。
